Digital Design Online is an established web design company that has been delivering projects at all levels of complexity to clients across the UK. Our clients range from startups to small business to large enterprises. We have developed a sophisticated style and a deep understanding of website requirements since our founding in 2017.

Sometimes our clients may require our services at very short notice. We can usually accommodate rush jobs depending on the size of the project and how full our production schedule is. These jobs are usually subjected to an additional fast track charge depending on the nature of the service requested. Our fast track pricing is listed as below:

You. Copyright for all work carried out by Digital Design Online transfers to the client as soon as your balance has been settled in full. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.

We are based in the beautiful Robin Hood town of Nottingham. But we work with companies nationally AND internationally!

We work from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm.

We are closed over weekends, bank holidays, and from the 22nd of December to 3rd/4th January over the festive period. Of course you can still email us within these times at hello@digitaldesignonline.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we return.

Once your first payment has been received, we advise on a first review time frame, each project type has a different turnaround time depending on the nature and size of the project. Within that time we may contact you to request anything further we need from you, and drop you a touching base email whilst in development, otherwise you will hear from us with the first review of your project as stated in the project start email.

Firstly, please let us know as soon as possible. We will need to charge for any work already carried out after we received your approval to proceed, but of course, if we haven’t started then there will be no charge.

No. Our packages are designed to cover most ground on what you will need in a standard brochure website. So unless you ask for anything outside of this scope such as ecommerce, a booking system, advanced animations etc, then we will always adhere to the fixed/quoted price. If you request any work outside the agreed scope in our packages or otherwise agreed, then we will always discuss this with you first and then add the additional cost for the tasks you want onto your invoice.

We are an online business, so a meeting isn’t necessary and the work is completed via email, chat and phone discussions. This allows us to maintain a fast workflow, in turn allowing us to provide the pricing structures that we do. We upload our work for your review to a temporary host. We then work with you to implement requested amendments until you are 100% happy with the result.

You kick start your project with a 50% payment. The remaining is due upon completion, just before going live/sending over your project files and once you are 100% happy with the end result.

You can pay via bacs transfer or a paypal payment directly from the invoice we send you.

As standard, in all of our website packages, we include 1 domain* & hosting for your website for 12 months from the date we acquire your domain. After 12 months you have two options:
  1. Stay with our domain and hosting service
  2. Move your website and domain to another service provider
Pricing after 12 months for your domain and hosting if you choose to stay with us is: Domain: One payment of £13 to renew your domain for another 12 months. Hosting: £13.99 per month to renew your hosting on a monthly basis, this is setup via a subscription or standing order and can be cancelled at any time.

We ask you to fill in a project form when we board your project, this is designed to collate all of the information we need to build your site efficiently. It’s very rare we miss the mark, however if this does happen we’ll basically hit the drawing board. Our sole aim when working on any project, is to ensure that our clients are happy with what we make for them.

Unfortunately not, we know we’re affordable for our quality, and once you speak to a few more agencies you will also probably conclude that we are the most affordable option for this quality of work in the web design sphere. We are geared towards helping startups and small businesses which is why we keep our pricing low.

We trialed a four day week in 2021 for 2 months, and found that all of our staff were much more productive working a 4 day week, we think it’s important to have a positive work life balance and it has really been a success for us here at DDO. For that reason this has become a permanent fixture in our working hours. We operate from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm.
